🍫 What You’ll Need
For the Cocoa Biscuit
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C).
- Separate egg whites and yolks.
- Whisk yolks with milk and oil, then stir in flour and cocoa.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites with salt and sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold both mixtures together.
- Pour into a greased baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.
For the Cream Layer:
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whipped heavy cream
Instructions:
- Mix mascarpone with sugar until smooth.
- Gradually fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
- Spread evenly over the cooled cocoa biscuit.
For the Chocolate Topping:
7 oz (200g) dark or milk chocolate
